Compassionate Support
As an integrative counsellor, I’m committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, whether big or small. I work with adults, young people, and children and tailor my approach to meet everyone's unique needs. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, helping you navigate your experiences and discover clarity, resilience, and strength.
I aim to create a warm, compassionate space where you can truly be yourself—where you feel heard, understood, and free from judgment so your personal growth and progress toward your goals feels genuine and empowering for you.
As well as working with all age groups in Peebles I also volunteer at a counselling centre in Edinburgh, working solely with children, teenagers and young people. By creating a safe and supportive environment I help them explore their emotions and challenges. I love guiding and seeing them build resilience and develop coping strategies that will help them throughout their lives.
